Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.Mission of the roleThe mission of the role is to ensure Group FP&A the analysis and control of Group KPIs, to support top management decisions making in resource allocation, at the same time ensuring deep financial analysis and business understanding, as well as the proper link between Group FP&A and GBS Reporting & Analytics. Key Activities & ResponsibilitiesSupport Group FP&A team, ensuring the govern of enterprise performance management and Group KPIs reviews with ad hoc analysis to optimize Group resource allocation. Support the Control and analysis of the planning processes (MBR, QBR, Budget and Strat Plan) leveraging on info/data provided by BUS, to increase the level of understanding on local financial and business trends, compassing top management with risks and opportunities tracking. Build a knowledge of market dynamics, including key categories-brands trends,  translating the market knowledge into ability to assess planning and drive actions/feedbacks to Budget, Strat Plan and Quarterly closures. Support Group FP&A to establish advanced analytics usage in the integrated planning, including the use of external data to develop meaningful insight from data analitics, contributing to the development of Group Data Lake to guarantee a constant data ingestion for Advanced Analytics PoC. Support Group FP&A to set up the new collaboration model with GBS DR&A. Support Group FP&A coordinating STI estimates reviews to provide top management an up to date visibility and guarantee the STI Group and Regional. Key Relationships Internal: Group FP&A team, Finance top management, GBS DR&A team, Regional & Local Finance teams External: Consultants eventually involved in projects Experience & Education10+ years of proven Financial Planning & Analysis experience within Finance & Controlling departments of multinational FMCG companies. Proven experience in working on challenging projects and track-record of delivering excellent results to deadlines. Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science). Languages: Italian; Fluency of English is a must, knowledge of another language is a plus. Technical skillsStrong acumen in quantitative analytics and structured problem solving. Ability to make recommendations based on financial data analysis. Experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting and controlling (commercial finance experience is a plus). Experience in data management and/or analytics. Highly analytical, detail oriented with advanced financial modelling and reporting skills. Experience in project-management tools and techniques. Proficiency in Accounting. Soft skillsEntrepreneurial, pragmatic, strong communicator, comfortable with ambiguity. Able to lead cross-functional teams without authority. Strong skills in influencing decision making at strategic and operational level. Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills. Proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions. Driving force / Engager , change agent. Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:At Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
