The Group FPA team is organized around two main drivers: the geographical perspective, on one side, with a focus on Regional performances, and the functional perspective, on the other side, with specific Group FPA teams dedicated to the different business areas (Global Strategic Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain etc.
), with a strong business partnership focus.General Description of the roleThe role is part of the Group FPA Supply Chain team which partners the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Lead Team and GSC teams as far as financial processes and business performance are concerned.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role is the finance business partner of the Global NPR SC Procurement Directors and he/she supports the Group FPA Manager Procurement for:Acting as key business partner and advisor to NPR Global Procurement team, with specific focus on coordinating the Procurement teams through the cooperation within the FPA community, evaluating and tracking the productivity actions plans.Actively look for potential savings and opportunities to ensure delivery of targets.Design new process performance measuring model and procedures for NPR Productivity projects.Defining operational KPI's and consequent monitoring (NPR Productivity Projects).Ensure the reliability of figures, provide a deep understanding of business trends through variance analysis.Elaborate Global reporting providing valuable analysis to facilitate Procurement management decision making.Supporting NPR Procurement in controlling and manage the contracts with deep analysis and to track constantly the cost impact and variations.Key RelationshipsInternal: Global Procurement team, FPA teams Supply Chain at regional and local level, rest of Group FPA team; other Group FPA functions stakeholdersExternal: external consultants and providersExperience Required1+ years of FPA experience with focus on Supply Chain.Experience in consumer goods industries preferred.Understanding of COGS and key supply chain performance drivers.Proven experience in working on challenging projects and track-record of delivering excellent results to deadlines.Familiar with working in a matrix organization.Education / Professional QualificationsDegree in Economics/Business Administration.Fluency of English is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus.Advanced Excel user.SkillsFunctionalExcellent skills and consolidated experience in financial planning reporting techniques and methods, incl.
