We encourage the contribution of your initiative, skills, and experiences to collectively achieve our shared objectives.Discover a rewarding career at Celli Group, where your professional journey aligns with a global leader at the forefront of innovation and sustainability in the beverage industryYour roleReporting to the Group Head of Controlling and in close collaboration with the Administration Treasury, you will be responsible for:Inspect and oversee the Monthly Closing process and Consolidation of 15 LEMaintain and Develop the Group Consolidation Reporting and Chart of Accounts ModelPrepare the Monthly Financial Review to properly ensure accounting qualityEnsure accurate and timely preparation and distribution of Monthly Financial Reports, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements and other relevant financial informationAnalyse financial data to identify trends and provide insights to monitor and improve financial performanceAnalyse historical financial data, designing and monitoring an adequate set of KPIs and financial metrics to assess the company's financial performance and progress towards goalsAnalyse variances, investigating deviations from plans, and recommending corrective actions as neededProvide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making across the Organization (Business goals) and Top Management (e.g.
evaluating business plan, strategic investment opportunities)Collaborate with other Departments to Budget, Forecast, Business Plan preparation and review it with Head of Group Controlling, CFO and CEOThe skills and experience in order to be successfulMaster's degree in accounting or finance (CPA would be considered a plus)At least 5+ years of proven experience as Financial Controller or FPA or Controlling roles in multinational, large or fast-growing companiesStrong understanding of accounting principles and standards (ITA GAAPs and IFRS)Extensive knowledge and capabilities in Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial ReportingExcellent skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced functions and pivot tables for data analysisNice to have: Knowledge of main ERP/EPM Systems (D365 and Tagetik would be considered a plus)Positive attitude towards challenges, ability to face stressful situationsAbility to work independently with high problem-solving skillsTeamwork and goal-oriented approachFluency in Italian and English (Spanish would be considered as a plus)What we offerPossibility to make your impact and contribute to the company's growth;Clear objectives and mentorshipBonus and meal voucherLocation: You will be based in our HQ in San Giovanni in Marignano (RN).
