Group Distribution Warehouse Leader

We are looking for a smart and customer-oriented Group Distribution Warehouse Leader to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Dab's warehouse in the world, both inbound and outbound.
What you will focus on: Direct management of finished product warehouses in Italy;Indirect management of finished product warehouses outside Italy;Share and standardize procedures and processes in Dab Group's warehouses, lead and coordinate them (need availability to travel);Have knowledge of all activities in the logistics cycle and the application of European/local and national regulations;Ensure compliance with laws and regulations for safety (people and goods);Analyze the process and propose innovation with optimization of the process or new digital solutions;Manage critical logistic issues arising from external and unpredictable factors, resolving problems and complaints effectively, monitoring service quality to ensure customer satisfaction;Coordinate Group inventory count with elevated levels of accuracy;Monitor the monthly performances of costs and warehouse service level.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Technical subjects;Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics & warehouse management (preferred GDO);Capability to manage a team and coordinate activities;Fluent English both written and verbal;Knowledge of ERP and WMS, BI;
