Group Distribution Warehouse Leader

We are looking for a smart and customer oriented Group Distribution Warehouse Leader, to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Dab's warehouse in the world, both inbound and outbound.What you will focus on:- Direct management of finish product warehouses in Italy;- Indirect management of finished product warehouses outside Italy;- Share and standardize procedures and process in Dab Group's warehouses, lead and coordinate them (need availability to travel);- Have knowledge of all activities in the logistics cycle and the application of European/local and national regulations;- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations for safety (people and goods);- Analyze the process and propose innovation with optimization of the process or new digital solutions;- Manage critical logistic issues arising from external and unpredictable factors resolving problems and complaints effectively monitoring service quality to ensure customer satisfaction;- Coordinate Group inventory count with elevated levels of accuracy;- Monir the monthly performances of costs and warehouse service level.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Technical subjects;- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistic & warehouse management (preferred GDO);- Capability to manage team and coordinate activities;- Fluent English both written and verbal;- Knowledge of ERP and WMS, BI;
