Moncler is looking for a Group Corporate Affairs and Compliance Specialist based in the Milan Headquarters.
Activities and responsibilities include:
- Coordinating activities connected to the management of the Board of Directors and Committees meetings (by preparing related agendas and documents) and monitoring legal requirements
- Overseeing relationship with Consob, Borsa Italiana, the Shareholders and the Stakeholders in general, as well as the management of the Shareholders' meetings;
- Monitoring the execution of all legal and regulatory obligations for listed companies;
- Coordinating corporate activities of Moncler Group's foreign subsidiaries, including monitoring and updating the Group's governance system (including delegation of powers and management of all related obligations in compliance with the applicable regulations, policies and procedures);
- Managing and coordinating all issues concerning Moncler Group's compliance with Italian and foreign laws and regulations, focusing on privacy-related matters
- Degree in Law;
- Excellent knowledge of English (a second language - other than Italian - would be strongly appreciated);
- Previous experience in similar roles (4-5 years or 2-3 years PQE) in law firms or in-house legal departments;
- Excellent knowledge of civil and corporate law, together with legislation applicable to listed companies
- Team working, coupled with communication skills and proactivity;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage information and multiple priorities, with a focus on managing deadlines efficiently;
- Attention to detail as well as to technological innovation and principles aimed at pursuing sustainable business development;
