Group Controller LHH is supporting a multinational company operating in the manufacturing sector in the search for a Group Controller for its headquarters in the East Milan area.ResponsibilitiesThe role will report directly to the Senior Group Finance Manager and will have the following responsabilities: Preparation of subsidiaries' periodic financial statements in accordance with local Statutory and US GAAP;Supporting on preparation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports; Provide support for the consolidation and foreign currency translation of monthly financial reports for the Controls Group; Supervise all accounting functions related to accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit risk management, general ledger, fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliations, and inventory transactions for the Company's subsidiaries; Drive process improvements in areas such as AR, inventory control, and forecasting; Take lead in gross margin analysis, variance reports, and analyze variances and communicate explanations to management with recommended actions; Provide financial services to support all departments to assist them in areas of purchasing, inventory, costing, budgeting and understanding of financial statements; Maintain internal accounting and operational controls over revenue recognition, expense management, and effective measurement and control over all assets; Ensure the accuracy of physical inventory and controlling the flow of raw materials, tools, and other assets; Assist the Group and Division Finance Managers in the consolidation and analysis of monthly financial reporting for Italy and the Company's subsidiaries; Your ProfileApplications with the following requirements will be considered: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (Advanced degree preferred); Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment and at least 2 years as a Controller preferred; Fluent in English d anItalian both written and spoken required; Global accounting and multi-currency experience required; Solid experience with integrated ERP systems; knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a plus; Excellent at managing processes;Critical thinking skills a nd ability to constructively resolve conflicts; Office: East Milan area.Gross Annual Salary: #x20AC;#LI-DM1 Ready For NextLHH, società del Gruppo Adecco, è il provider unico e globale di soluzioni HR end-to-end che guida organizzazioni e individui nell'intero ciclo professionale.
