**Job description**
We are looking for a Financial analyst Professional to be included in the group business controlling (for Brand and Commercial) area, based in Padova HQ.
S/he will support the business executing financial analysis for the assigned business area according to the defined F&A guidelines, by developing the F&A reporting, monitoring short and middle-term financial health of the business to enable the relevant business functions with analytical insights to take effective decisions and operate efficiently in accordance with accounting principles and standards of excellence.
S/he will take part to processes managed cross regions and cross countries.
**Key Responsabilities**:
**Financial Reporting and Analysis (recurring and ad hoc)**:
- Executes financial analysis, elaborates insight and monitors constantly business performance, according to the business needs as well as the financial key inputs provided by the relevant F&A responsible.
- Works closely with the business in order to sustain business growth and strategy.
**Financial Metrics and controlling**:
- Monitors financial metrics evaluating progress and performance in order to facilitate the decision making process and provides inputs and technical solutions aimed at resolving any possible critical situations.
- Delivers the cost analysis for the assigned business area, ensuring the correctness and the accuracy of the financial data.
**Annual Budget and forecast supervision and monitoring**:
- Supports the budgeting and annual forecast formulation, according to the guidelines, in order to ensure that the business needs will be correctly collected and evaluated.
- Verifies the budget progression for the relevant area by analysing actual results and trends, and as required proposing to Line Manager corrective actions aimed at ensuring the alignment with approved plans and forecast.
**Desired Skills & Experiences**:
- At least 2 years of experience in multinational industrial companies;
- Economic/Business background; Knowledge of economic analysis and methodologies for control: ideally degree in economics and/or Management Engennering;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Resilient, hard working, project management capability.
- Ability to work in a structured company environment, flexibility, problem-solving attitude.
