What you will do:As Corporate Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for all activities related to:
Assessing capital structure adequacy of the Group, the debt evolution and proposing relevant actions;Developing analyses of financial KPIs and ratios, especially relating to rating and financial sustainability assessment;Managing working capital optimization analysis;Managing financial aspects of business initiatives and contracts;Managing financial risks together with Treasury;Participating in the negotiation of financial contracts;Supporting M&A activities and capital-intensive initiatives, ensuring their bankability and feasibility;Supporting financial planning process and reporting;Supporting Head of Unit in the definition of Group financial strategies, macro actions and sensitivities, ensuring optimization of capital structure and debt composition.Who you are:Bachelor's/Master's Degree preferably in Economics:
