**Job Description:**:For our company Falck Next, that is aimed at the provision of services aligned with customer requirements whilst also guaranteeing protection of the environment we are looking for a senior professional as **Green/Brown Field Development Manager **to enter our Business Development Team.

The **Green/Brown Field Development Manager is the person responsible **for the origination of greenfield, co-development and acquisitions opportunities for Solar projects, including submission of HoTs, review and negotiation of land options and leases working with co-development partners on development of project pipelines.
The person who covers this role is proactive, creative and structured in meeting Group objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the development of a project within budget from any stage to get it to a ready to build state, including dealing with any appeal process and discharge of relevant conditions, managing all project stakeholders;
- Coordinate team
- Collaborate with relevant internal staff to set up community investment in Falck projects in the country;
- Assist/co-work in the negotiations for development agreement, carrying out necessary due diligence with internal and external resource;
- Engage in industry consultations and lead the company towards new trends;
- Analyze business related regulation and risks & internal communication;
- Manage internal management reporting as required.
**Key Requirements**:
- Strong Analytical skills
- Previous experience in preparation of feasibility studies, design and permitting documents for authorization of energy plants.
- Hosting expertise to deliver on time and prioritize
- Good Knowledge of relevant planning regulations
- Good Understanding of project risks and mitigants
- Proven experience of team lead and leadership skills (even in small companies)
- Being a good team motivator with an autonomous and very structured working style.
- Proven track of new business opportunities taken onboard
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across Italy
- Grid connection works and permitting experience.
GIS, PV Syst (or equivalent) knowledge is a plus
Mandatory:
- Significant exp
