Graphic & Ux/Ui Designer (M/F/X)

We are looking for a Graphic & UX/UI Designer to create engaging and on-brand designs for a variety of media. The job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphic elements and building navigation components. You'll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, banners and key visuals while paying attention to an appropriate UX/UI design. Your work should capture the attention of our target audience and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. Responsibilities Study design briefs and determine requirements Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Work with other creatives to produce final design Test graphics across various media Amend designs after feedback Proven graphic & UX/UI designing experience A strong portfolio of design projects Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically within a team and meet deadlines Good command of English (written & spoken) Naples based is a plus Competitive salary - growth in skills and responsibilities will be acknowledged and compensated accordingly Flexible working hours, home office possible Highly motivated international team of many languages and different cultures Fully paid business trips Fully paid vacation We look forward to receiving your entire application documents in English including your up-to-date CV and portfolio.
