Graphic Designer And Project Manager (Fi)

Tuscany Flowers, a leading high-end floral design company based in Florence, is seeking an experienced part-time/full-time project manager assistant to:
Develop and maintain status reports on current projects that will be circulated company wide.
Assist in coordination of logistics for senior management and executive events and activities.
Communicate regularly with event planners and vendors to ensure information is received in a timely and accurate manner.
Proactively handle arising issues and troubleshoot emerging problems on event day.
Create presentations and assist with general office tasks.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Master degree in Graphic Design, Architecture or similar fields
Excellent technical knowledge of the Adobe suite programs (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) ran on Mac OS.
Good hand-drawing skills for renderings.
Really good knowledge of English both written and spoken (minimum B2 is mandatory).
Also English mother tongue and fluent in Italian will be good.
A previous experience in events is a plus, such as a passion for flowers.
Maximum flexibility with availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
