Graphic Designer And Project Manager

Tuscany Flowers, a leading high-end floral design company based in Florence, is seeking an experienced part-time/full-time project manager assistant to:Develop and maintain status reports on current projects that will be circulated company wide.
Assist in coordination of logistics for senior management and executive events and activities.
Communicate regularly with event planners and vendors to ensure information is received in a timely and accurate manner.
Proactively handle arising issues and troubleshoot emerging problems on event day.
Create graphic presentations and assist with general office tasks.
Partecipate at the event set up with all the team.We are looking for a resourceful candidate, that will be working across the organization to get things done.SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Master degree in Graphic Design, Architecture or similar fieldsExcellent technical knowledge of the Adobe suite programs (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) ran on Mac OS.Extremely precise and capable of working under pressure.Good hand-drawing skills for renderings.Really good knowledge of English both written and spoken (minimum B2 is mandatory).
Also English mother tongue and fluent in Italian will be good .A previous experience in events is a plus, such as a passion for flowers.Maximum flexibility with availability to work evenings and weekends is required (especially during summer season).
