The Davines Group, founded in Parma in 1983, specializes in professional cosmetic products under the brands Davines for haircare and ( comfort zone ) for skincare. **YOUR MISSION**:
The mission of this role will be to develop ideas, creative solutions and excellent graphics, in order to bring added value for the Company and its Departments, helping to increase the attractiveness of the brands in coherence with our sustainability standards.
This person will work at corporate level and will collaborate with the various company departments relating to the two brands (Davines and Comfort Zone) and group business needs to offer fresh creative solutions and high-quality artistic work, without forgetting the need to provide elaborate accurate graphics for printing.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Manage production processes coordinating with outside agencies, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
Work on a variety of products and activities, such as packaging, labels, advertising, magazines, posters, exhibitions tools and displays for hair shops and Spas ecc.
Develop appropriate creative ideas and concepts.
Finalize the documents in the execution phase with great precision and accuracy.
Support the Creative Department in planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Address creative briefs and present concepts and design solutions.
Support for the choice of photographic moods.
Oversee brand consistency for both brands.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Graphic support for Events and Education.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
Approximately 3/5 years of experience as a graphic designer
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Creativity and artistic talent, precision and accuracy for the executive part
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. Adobe Dimension would be a plus. Office package: Words, Power point, Excel.
Postproduction and retouching skills are mandatory
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Good knowledge of printing processes
Highly organized and able to work on different projects at the same time
Fluent in English
Knowledge of digital graphics design is a plus
