We are looking for talented and motivated Marketing Graphic Designer to join our newly born start-up in Milan and Luxembourg. The candidate will work back-to-back with the start-up CEO and Founder (ex CEO and co-founder of a major Italian internet Bank) to help building from scratch a potential fin-tech unicorn in a highly challenging and stimulant environment.

Job Responsibilities Create and produce all branding identification for web site and Apps pages including all the online assets (banner, social media, landing pages etc..). Create and produce visual assets. Create contents for mobile media platform, in-app graphics, icons, banners. Resize graphics to fit multiple platforms. Work effectively and efficiently in a highly productivity environment with a sense of urgency due to the start-up phase. Minimum qualifications Master degree with honors in Engineering, Product Design, Computer Science or related field. One or two years of professional experience using Adobe Creative Suite – Mac OS. Experience using Javascript or C/C++ languages. Ability to be flexible in schedule and adaptable to constant changes. Willingness to move in Luxembourg. Preferred qualifications Experience using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Javascript or UX Design. Knowledge of digital payments. Good written/oral communications skills. Ability to interpret complex ideas, both written and oral, into simplified visual graphics. Skilled in organizing and prioritizing the work, and following tasks through to completion autonomously respecting the time schedule. Commitment & contract Full-time, permanent (tempo indeterminato).
