As an up-and-coming leader you will also be supported in developing people management skills either with your leading team, and with your managers and other stakeholders.
In this position, you'll be an important part of our global company, working hand-in-hand with your local team members at a logistics site.
You'll also collaborate across sites on topics like workplace safety, process optimization, sustainability, and technological progress.Key job responsibilities Leading and training a team (up to 100 employees)Planning and controlling internal processesDeriving recommendations for action and specific measures for process improvement based on metrics such as workplace safety, productivity, and qualityCollaborating with on-site upstream and downstream departmentsParticipating in overarching projects to optimize customer satisfactionEffective resource and workflow managementEnsuring compliance with occupational safety regulations and environmental protection A day in the lifeYou'll work in one of our shifts (early, late, or night).

As a shift manager, you'll routinely conduct team meetings and provide feedback to your employees and stakeholders.
Using data analysis, you'll influence the productivity and quality of your site.
As an important local team member, you'll collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure we meet our customers' requirements and our own standards.
