About the role We are looking for a Graduate Quality Engineer to join our team at the Altopascio plant. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to the quality team, playing a key role in the day-to-day activities of monitoring, maintaining, and improving our production processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our quality systems and ensure that all products meet or exceed the established quality standards.
This role is offered on a fixed-term contract.
What you will do Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with internal and external regulations.
Analyze product and process non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, safety, and quality performance.
Oversee quality control procedures for finished products and incoming raw materials, ensuring that they meet required specifications.
Prepare and manage quality reports and technical documentation, providing clear and accurate records of quality performance.
Support the preparation and execution of internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
Who you are A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Management, or Chemical Engineering).
Strong interest in quality management and knowledge of key industry standards (ISO 9001).
Good proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Prior experience in quality or production environments is preferred (including internships or co-op experiences).
