Position: Graduate Practical Nurse - $5000 Sign On Bonus EXPECTATIONS: The graduate practical nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse) will begin working by training with licensed floor nurses for a 5 week time frame after graduation. During this training time, the graduate nurse is required to complete a competency checklist. The graduate nurse will schedule and take NCLEX-PN/RN. During training, the graduate nurse is to report to the licensed nurse on the floor/nurse managers.
