We are seeking motivated graduates with a background in science and sales to join our team as Graduate Medical Sales Representatives. In this role, you will work within the Respiratory therapy area for our client, a leading European pharmaceutical company based in Parma, Italy, with affiliates throughout Europe, and in the US, Brazil, and Pakistan. They are dedicated to the research, development, and commercialization of ethical, therapeutic products.
Key Responsibilities: Maximize sales of products and increase market share.Maintain excellent knowledge of the Respiratory disease therapy area, company products, and competitor activity.Demonstrate strong 1:1 selling skills in line with the client's expectations.Identify and act on new business opportunities.Analyze, plan, implement, and review Local Health Economy Plans to ensure the highest ROI.Develop key opinion leaders to positively influence the use of the product portfolio within the Primary Care sector, particularly for Asthma.Effectively negotiate and influence key stakeholders across Primary Care.Essential Skills: Sales experience with a strong results focus and initiative.Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with both customers and colleagues.Awareness of external competitive practices.At Inizio Engage, you'll find a challenging, fast-paced, and rewarding environment that is also caring, nurturing, and supportive.
