ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:As Graduate Implementation Engineer, you will be a member in the delivery of SITA's Airport Management Systems to our clients. The Delivery team is built by Subject Matter expert on Airport Operations with a deep knowledge of processes/procedures around Aviation. Using your mindset and skills we will start together a great journey within the Air Transport Industry, with the target to growth your expertise and knowledge of Airport Operations as well as being a Subject Matter Expert on SITA Systems. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Receive support and training to start learning what Airport Operations are and how SITA is supporting the aviation industry.Be part of a sub-team of Implementation Engineer to contribute actively in a specific project to enable SITA Airport Operations portfolio.Work with customers to provide consultancy services and advice to resolve key business issues within field of expertise.Work on the setup, installation, and configuration of the SITA Systems.Manage the infrastructure implementation of SITA Solutions related to Airport Operations.Work with clients and 3rd party vendors to integrate SITA Systems in the local environment.Using the technical specification, create unit test plan, cases, scripts and documentation and perform actual testing relating to the technical testing. Qualifications EXPERIENCE:Diploma, Certificate or bachelors degree in Aviation / Aeronautical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering.Passionate in Information Technology, Database, Digitization and Digital Transformation.Must be fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.COMPETENCIES:Technical consultancy experience in the IT and networkingTechnical understanding and experience on MS SQL & Windows Server and virtualization platforms are desired.Team player with focus on team success and personal development.Data exchange protocols and integration (message queues, web services etc.) basic knowledge.NICE-TO-HAVE:Awareness and passion of Aviation industry is an added advantage.WHAT WE OFFER: SITAs workplace is all about diversity, many different countries and cultures are represented in our workforce.
