About the Role Location: Altopascio (LU) We are seeking a motivated and driven recent graduate to join our team as a Graduate Continuous Improvement Engineer . In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to optimizing company processes, supporting initiatives to improve operational efficiency and quality. You'll work along side an experienced team of professionals and take part in challenging projects that will foster your professional growth and development in the field of Continuous Improvement.
What You Will Do Support the analysis and optimization of business processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate with operational teams to identify improvement areas and propose innovative solutions.
Assist in planning and implementing continuous improvement projects, using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Monitor KPIs and operational performance, analyzing data and generating reports to track project progress.
Actively participate in cross-functional workshops and meetings to promote a culture of continuous improvement within the company.
Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum experience (internship or entry-level role) in a production or continuous improvement environment.
Strong interest in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
Good analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
Proactive attitude, with problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Good knowledge in English and Italian
