Pricing & reimbursement:
Define strategies and coordinate implementing projects and value proposition to gain/keep access at national level (Italy + support to MAG-C Region); Guarantee and supervise alignment on access strategy and pricing policies with Global VA team & on access dynamic and messages with X-Functional local teams; Develop a holistic local market access strategy, building on solid insights of local environment and customers, integrating key levers such as pricing, clinical and economic evidence, policy shaping, multi-stakeholder engagement; Negotiate with health authorities pricing and access conditions for Sobi portfolio drugs and supervise the updating of internal tracking system; Supervise and monitor market access and health policy environment, early identify new trends, disseminate strategic, operational and financial implications (e.g. HTA EU regulation). b. Regional & local access
Supervise regional/local access processes and definition of strategies/projects to smooth access barriers; Supervise and guarantee alignment with global on innovative contract/commercial offer/tender prices; 2) Engagement and networking a. Interaction & collaboration with external stakeholders:
Establish and keep long-term and trustful collaboration/partnership with institutions and payers at national & regional level; Active participation to networking groups for a deep understanding of needs and definition of possible solutions/projects related to access, sustainability or organizational topics; Close collaboration with CE&C function to include and leverage patients' voices in the access pathway; b. Internal engagement and knowledge sharing:
Ensure continuous cross-collaboration with other functions to develop/implement strategies to support economic and organizational value of Sobi portfolio; Create a knowledge sharing environment to support X-functional team; Member of Patient Access Leadership Team at Global level and of MAGIC Region Leadership team. 3) Team & internal environment: Unleash potential: stimulate the team, ensuring continuous support and development; Create a feedback and growth mindset culture: analyze critical situation, define appropriate actions and CSFs/KPIs. Main Goals in this position: Gain access as per local strategy within the target place in therapy and approved price corridor. Develop and share strategies/projects to support economic value of Sobi's portfolio in LCM and/or to mitigate risk of access barrier. Growth access team to increase Sobi's reputation with all the stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical industry and +5 years in market access positions.
Extensive knowledge on: Pricing & Reimbursement processes at National & Regional/Local level (+ MAG-C), with direct experience in HTA dossier submissions & negotiation in Italy; Tenders process & surrounding legislation; HEOR modelling & pricing structure; Legislations & rules around NHS and fundings. Soft skills: Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategic insights into practical, well-designed access initiatives to support value of brands; Demonstrated networking skills through cross-functional collaboration and interfacing with external stakeholders; Leadership skills both in cross-functional teams and access team; Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including ability to synthesize data and deliver a clear overview of market access strategy, opportunity and risks.
