NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: Technical Assistance to Mobilise Stakeholders around Global Gateway Priorities in Nigeria and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.
The primary objective of this contract is to support the effective mobilisation of stakeholders (Member States, development financial institutions, public and private sectors) around the Global Gateway priorities in Nigeria, including, but not limited to, digital economy, transport and health as well as cross-cutting themes such as innovative financing, business climate, and governance, through structured engagement and strategic intelligence gathering.
Project Duration: The indicative start date is 03/03/2025, and the period of implementation of the contract will be 729 Day(s) from this date (indicative end date: 02/03/2027).
Governance (PFM and Public Sector Reforms) Expert (Cat.
II): Qualifications and Skills: A Master's degree or higher in Public Administration, Economics, Finance, International Relations, or a related field.Extensive experience in public finance management, public sector reforms, or international development.Fluency in English is required.At least 6 years of experience in public finance management, public sector reforms, or a related field, with a focus on international cooperation or development.Significant experience in leading or advising on public-private partnerships, economic reforms, or trade and investment dialogues including analyzing and providing strategic insights on regulatory and economic barriers within emerging markets, especially around public finance, governance, and innovative financing mechanisms.Experience in organizing and facilitating high-level stakeholder meetings, workshops, and policy dialogues that bring together international and local stakeholders.Proven experience working with governments, international organizations (particularly the EU), and private sector stakeholders on policy reforms and investments.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply and upload your CV via LinkedIn or send it to ******.
