We are looking for a Go to Market Senior Specialist EU, who will be placed within the Diesel European HO in Milan (MI). The successful candidate will report to the Head of Go to Market Europe and work closely with cross-functional Teams, including Marketing, Wholesales, Retail Full Price, Outlet, and E-commerce to ensure seamless execution and alignment with company objectives.
Main activities and responsibilities: Responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of product launches and market entry strategies. Propose and implement strategies to amplify global brand messages at the local level, aligned with the seasonal marketing calendar. Oversee special activations from concept to execution, working closely with local and global stakeholders. Project manage special activations from concept through execution, collaborating with key stakeholders in local and global teams. Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance the effectiveness of GTM initiatives. Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activations, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform strategies. Main requirements: Master's degree in Marketing or a related field. A minimum of 3 years' experience within a lifestyle company or agency, with a strong background in strategic planning, marketing, and promotional development. Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving approach, passion for accuracy, willingness to learn, and high level of confidentiality. Excellent knowledge of the English language; other language skills (French, Spanish, German) would be preferred. What we offer: A permanent contract.
