Mission & ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Go To Market & Business Development Team, the key responsibilities are:
Act as a liaison between the HQ departments (Marketing, Operations, Sales, Product Innovation) and the local subsidiaries.Provide the local subsidiaries with distribution, category management and 360° guidelines (sales, marketing, VM, trade marketing) to guarantee each launch is locally implemented in line with global standards.Partner with local teams to develop effective annual plans in line with WW strategy, monitoring the brand business plan through quantitative and qualitative analysis.Monitor implementations, welcome and share feedback related to new projects development from local subsidiaries.Guide the local subsidiaries to forecast the quantities and budgets for product launches.RequirementsProven work experience in GTM, Trade Marketing, Sales, within the Cosmetics, Luxury or Retail sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills and capabilities to use Excel and do analysis and reports.Agility and flexible attitude into a goal-oriented mindset.Fluent English and Italian, additional languages are a plus.
