GMP Compliance Specialist (m/f) Bayer HealthCare Manufacturing is looking for a brilliant and smart GMP Compliance Specialist to join the Quality Assurance department, GMP Compliance.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review batch production documentation using electronic batch records to verify compliance with instructions and registration dossier, managing any deviations/anomalies in accordance with GMPs. Generate certificates of analysis and conformity. Plan release activities. Support management of site quality assurance processes: QA oversight on production and quality control activities, including maintenance control, calibrations, and discrepancies. QA oversight through GEMBA walk in production departments and quality control laboratories. Support procedures update process. WHO YOU ARE: Master's degree in CTF, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology. At least 6 months of previous experience in QA functions with strong GMP knowledge. Good interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility, teamwork ability, and proactivity with an analytical approach. Precision, accuracy, and a sense of responsibility. Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, including strong Excel skills. Fluent in English and Italian mother tongue. Location: Garbagnate Milanese
