As a GMA Project Handler, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring that customers' products are exported and marketed around the world, managing global market certification approvals and cooperating with international authorities, laboratories, Certification Bodies and governmental organizations;Communicating with clients to discuss technical issues, conveying project cost and negotiating completion date and sample requirements, as directed;Assisting in addressing client concerns and resolving client issues;Providing assistance to clients in reference to product certification and follow-up services;Ensuring timely project completion, implementing continuous improvement mindset with all scheme processes;Building up easy tools to ensure that the right documentation list is available, as well as process paths;Combining understanding of customer's needs and specific requests and different program's requirements to identify the right process path;Providing point-of-access support to address any local acceptance issues.QualificationsWho we are looking for:
