- At Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Visual Merchandising Specialist, who will be placed within the Global Shopping Experience team and be mainly responsible for visual merchandising guidelines in the following areas:
- Retail (Monobrand / DPS / Outlet);
- Special Projects (Pop Ups / Product Launches / PR Days);
- Visual Tools (All channels + product lines).
- Main responsabilities:
- Develop the global visual merchandising guidelines for all channels, windows, instore launches and special projects.
- Develop VM solutions and graphic tools in order to maximise visual impact and sales performance of new lines and grow the business of specific product categories.
- Support the HQ VM team during the showroom set up 6 times per year.
- Work hand in hand with the HQ global retail merchandising team to deliver the same message to our retail stores across 4 main regions: Japan, APAC, North America and Europe.
- Manage the sample set for the VM activities across 3 department in the HQ.
- Keep up to date with competitors' best practice and visual innovations.
- Support Shopping Experience Project team for window tests in order to enhance the installation process at local level.

- HQ Retail Merchandising
- Interior Design
- ADV & Marketing teams
- Requirements:
- A minimum of 3/5-year experience in Retail management with an emphasis on Visual Merchandising.
- Strong visual merchandising skills with a keen eye for detail; understanding the importance of visual execution and standards.
- Good organization and communication skills.
- Proven project management on multiple priorities.
- Great passion for the fashion world, awareness of the market and trends with the ability to generate new ideas.
- Determination to achieve the objectives, flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, ability to propose ideas, problem solving and teamwork.
- Good computer skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Power Point, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Good knowledge of Italian language is preferred.
- This position is based in Breganze (VI).
