Categoria: Commerciale/VenditeLuogo di lavoro: NapoliJobconsulting SrlI'm HiringGlobal Vet ManagerNaplesFor an International Customer Company in the Food Sector,We are Hiring an European Vet Manager for the Naples Plant but with frequent trips abroadCore Responsibilities:- Building, coordination and management of the European Vet Manager Team and Vet sales reps;- Training of the new Vet Hr and products features;- Establishment of standards and Kpi's to track the performances of the single person/team;- Contribute to organization's goals plus objectives and enhance market share and sales performance;- Prepare trade promotional plan, in agreement with the commercial director, in designated channel with crucial customers;- Develop, supervise and improve procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities;- Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility;- Creation of new materials, trainings and procedures for the Vet Channel;- Execution of the new projects and roll out planning in all the countries;- Negotiation with chains of clinics, Hospitals and Universities;- Develop and keep good relations with business partners (stakeholders, buyers, KOL);- Working in close coordination with the colleagues of other departments and Country Managers;- Dealing with distributors in order to support them with marketing actions in the vet channel;- Ability to lead, manage, motivate a team of local Vet teams;- Vet budget building and monitoring;- Vet Plan building and monitoring;- Vet events and opportunities of cooperation;- Vet performances monitoring;- Implement and participate in improving the company Vet Strategy;Main skills:- Negotiation skills;- Trade marketing background;- Experience in team management;- Experience in budget management;- Experience in PR;- Events organization experience;- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;- Problem solving;- Makes timely decisions and acts;Job Requirements:- University degree in Business studies/Marketing/ Communication- Min.
