We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Global Trade Marketing Manager to join us and support us in achieving our ambitious goals on the international market.
In this position, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our global trade marketing strategy.
You will work closely with our sales teams and retail partners to generate demand for our products and increase sales.
Other important responsibilities are: Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and velocity in the main distribution channels:Conduct market analysis & research to monitor shopper trends and adapt strategies accordinglyBuild and deliver effective trade storytelling, supporting the local sales teams in the negotiation and implementation phaseCollaborate with marketing & sales teams to identify opportunities at the point of sale and implement targeted solutions, from equity-driven activations to tactical actionsCreate and manage effective promotional programs to stimulate sales and customer loyaltyOversee shopper marketing activities, including designing engaging shopping experiences and managing partnerships with retailersInstall category management knowledge and act as a sparring partner for the international key distribution dealersAnalyze and improve the profitability of the main channels and customersMonitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the owned retail business (brick & mortar + digital), promoting its progressive sustainable expansion (roll-out)Coordinate and streamline the main commercial processes (i.e. international pricing) and related governanceYour Profile: About 10 years of experience in trade marketing and shopper marketing, preferably in the food sector and internationallyProven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategiesIn-depth knowledge of food distribution channels and market dynamicsAbility to manage complex projects and work in cross-functional teamsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsFluency in English and at least in one language between German and ItalianWe Offer: International environmentIndividual onboarding programA mentored and supported professional growthProfessional and personal training at our 'Loacker Academy'A company canteenThe Loacker Family SpiritLocation: Bolzano
