We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Global TradeMarketing Manager to join us and support us in achieving our ambitious goals onthe international market.In this position, you will play a key role in developing andimplementing our global trade marketing strategy.You will work closely with our sales teams and retail partners togenerate demand for our products and increase sales.Otherimportant responsibilities areDevelop and implement trade marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and velocity in the main distribution channels:Conduct market analysis research to monitor shopper trends and adapt strategies accordinglyBuild and deliver effective trade-storytelling, supporting the local sales teams in the negotiation and implementation phaseCollaborate with marketing sales team to identify opportunities at the point of sale and implement targeted solutions, from equity-driven activations to tactical actionsCreate and manage effective promotional programs to stimulate sales and customer loyaltyOversee shopper marketing activities, including designing engaging shopping experiences and managing partnerships with retailersInstall category management knowledge and act as sparring partner for the international key distribution dealersAnalyze and improve the profitability of the main channels and customersMonitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the owned retail business (brickmortar + digital), promoting its progressive sustainable expansion (roll-out)Coordinate and streamline the main commercial processes (i.e.
