Il nostro cliente International company based in Milan La figura ricercata As the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will spearhead the global recruitment strategy, identifying top-tier talent across multiple regions. This role is perfect for a dynamic, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be a key player in defining the employer brand globally and ensuring the talent strategy is aligned with the company culture and goals. Key Responsibilities: Global Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement scalable, effective global talent acquisition strategies to attract world-class talent across regions and functions. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruitment team. Guide them to success while managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all key hires. Employer Branding: Strengthen the employer brand on a global scale, ensuring it is recognized as an employer of choice in every market. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand business needs and deliver tailored talent solutions. Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, ensuring the company is building teams that reflect the values and the communities the company serves. Metrics & Reporting: Develop KPIs and track the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies. Use data to optimize recruiting processes and achieve continuous improvement. Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish, reflecting the company values and culture. Market Intelligence: Be up-to-date with global hiring trends, talent market shifts, and innovative recruiting practices to be ahead in a competitive landscape. Il candidato prescelto What You'll Bring: Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment leadership role, preferably in a global capacity. Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, processes, and technology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships across cultures and geographies. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive improvements. Passion for diversity, inclusion, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to operational excellence. Experience with employer branding and the ability to market the company as an employer of choice globally.
