Global Supply Planning Specialist

DescrizioneTalent Solution, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Global Supply Planning Specialist.Main Activities:Attend monthly Supply Review Meetings to assess the feasibility of the 12-month plan; Support Capacity Planning cycles for all sites; Ensure the feasibility of production plans for each site through regular communication with Supply Chain colleagues; Manage Capacity Planning cycles, addressing capacity scenarios and identifying potential constraints; Support Customer Service and Service Level processes, ensuring adherence to company procedures; Monitor and manage KPIs related to Service Level. Manage supply planning system data to ensure an effective process. Collaborate with production management to allocate products efficiently and support the investment strategy; Work effectively in cross-functional teams to develop optimal solutions. Requirements:Master degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent; Proven 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing schedule planning; Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) and good knowledge of SAP; APICS, CPIM or other planning related certification preferred; Fluent in English.
