**What we are looking for**
Amplifon is looking for a talented resource to join the **Global Supply Chain team**.
The Supply Chain function determines Corporate strategy working on strategic and operational projects at a group level.
You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.
The **Global Supply Chain Planning Specialist **will report to the Global Supply Chain Planning Manager following the below activities:
- Analyze and monitor the main supply chain KPIs (orders, demand, inventory, costs), analyze root causes, and lead actions to improve them
- Analyze the current sales, orders, and supplier demand forecast situations in order to system-generated forecasts as well as historic demand, trends, and deviations taking inputs from the other countries
- Perform scenarios planning and global forecasting aligning at the local and regional level
- Detect and implement best practices and guidelines worldwide through also new tools/processes deployment
- Interact with other departments, manufacturers, and country teams to drive efficiencies
- Identify key areas for business improvement along the key Supply Chain metrics (including cost savings opportunities, and working capital impacts)
**What you'll need**
- 2/3+ years of working experience ideally in the supply chain, forecasting, ordering, and inventory management
- Fluency English is mandatory, and fluency in other languages is considered a plus (e.g., Italian, Spanish, German)
- Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Maths, or similar
- Excellent analytical skills (capacity to build business cases and new business models)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively, being comfortable with handling a variety of tasks
- Flexibility, positive and proactive approach, ability to question conventional wisdom
