As Global Supply Chain Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and take on a corporate role that includes driving logistics strategy, optimizing processes, and integrating procurement activities to build a cohesive and efficient supply chain.
Responsibilities:Enhance Communication and Synergy: Strengthen alignment between logistics and procurement by closely collaborating with both strategic and operational teams, ensuring streamlined and effective workflows.Optimize Supply Chain Practices: Review and update supply chain processes to align with company standards, industry regulations, and best practices.Drive Logistics Strategy: Implement and oversee logistics strategies to support smooth, efficient operations across the supply chain.Plan & Manage Procurement: Collaborate with the purchasing and PM teams to optimize procurement planning and maintain efficient resource allocation.Negotiate & Collaborate: Work closely with suppliers and freight companies to negotiate terms, set pricing, and ensure performance excellence.Skills:Extensive Supply Chain Expertise: Solid background in supply chain management, including logistics.Leadership Skills: Proven expertise in leading and integrating diverse teams.Strategic Mindset: Skilled in planning, systems analysis, and evaluating complex workflows.Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and leadership abilities.Fluency in Italian and English: Required for this international role.Location: Province of Modena
