**Brief Job Description**:
**LU-VE Group** is growing up and is searching for a **GLOBAL RECRUITMENT MANAGER** to be part of LU-VE Group Human Resources team, to build internal and external relationships, consolidate recruitment strategies and manage the unique challenges and opportunities working within an international context.
This position will report directly to the Group HR Director.
**YOUR KEY RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Participate, as support to the Group HR Director, to the annual HR budget process;
- Drive improvements to global recruitment policies and processes to ensure a streamlined, effective, and high-quality services are delivered, and provide regular recruitment metrics and report on progress;
- Engage in workforce planning and forecasting;
- Coordinate international projects dedicated to internal recruitment;
- Provide general recruitment and talent acquisition support, including defining job requirements and responsibilities, writing job ads and descriptions, posting open positions, conducting interviews, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, background checking, researching new acquisition sources, and addressing general employment inquiries;
- Identify targeted advertising opportunities, design all recruitment forms and recruitment materials;
- Create and foster strong relationships with colleagues and partner to identify requirements and business needs;
- Provide coaching on sourcing, tools and interview strategy to reach a group attitude to ensure a harmonized recruiting process at group level;
- Develop strategies and programs to attract talent and increase presence and knowledge of pact as a preferred employer;
- Ensure local HR Managers have a clear mutual understanding of staffing policies, practices, processes and priorities;
- Coordinates the management of publications on the main reference channels, with particular attention to the consolidation of Employer Branding and with a view to Talent Attraction.
- Monitor of KPIs and detailed reporting on recruiting activities carried out, also with a view to the continuous improvement of the process.
**YOUR EXPERIENCE**:
- Proven experience (5-10 years) in a similar role gained at international level;
- Is considered as a plus a good experience in the Employer Branding thematic.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Degree in humanities or economics;
- Excellent command of the major recruitment channels and social networks;
- Language skills: English expertise is mandatory both spoken and written ( min.
level B1)
- Excellent IT skills, included a basic knowledge of SAP;
