Your responsibilities Contribute to concept and structure of the Integrated Management System App Support the definition and documentation of all processes in the IMS App Provide the final review of the internal documentation to assure the conformity of the documents to the defined internal standards Carry out internal audits Training of employees in quality and process management, support people to help themselves (train the trainer) with regard to the process management software   Your profile Bachelor's or Master's Degree Information technology affinity Fluent in English and German; Italian is considered a plus Reliable, autonomous, communicative and precise  Strong analytical skills Knowledge of ISO norms and BRC Standard is an advantage Open to travel Your benefits An international, appreciative & dynamic working environment Continuous personal and professional development in our Dr. Schär Academy, including classroom courses, online modules, and blended learning An individual "Onboarding Program" Flexible working hours and smart working option Possibility of job shadowing and job rotation An own company canteen  In-house company kindergarten Internal fitness program (e.g.
