Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, systems analysis, or related studies and experience
5- years experience in three or more solution disciplines along with a strong background in Finance & Budgeting; at least 3 of the 5 years experience managing large projects
Position Summary Are you passionate about managing Global projects in a challenging business enviornment This position will be responsible for working with diferrent product groups to structure / manage projects in line with the organisation strategy.
This role will require good communication and Key Stakeholder management skills across Global teams based out of different locations.
You will deliver projects consistent with the project management framework across various product groups to maximize business value delivery and value for money.
A day in the life of a Global Project Manager Work with Key Stakeholders and Product Group Owners to define and structure global projects
Ensure Project Management methodology, tools and templates are consistently applied across projects that you run
Provide regular Project updates to all key stakeholders
Provide ongoing Project Management mentoring and coaching support to assist implementation of Projects, working closely with project sponsors, product/platform managers, and other relevant team members to increase knowledge and elevate performance through one-on-one coaching
Drive cross functional alignment in Project Management across regions to work as one team
Provide Budget Planning & Benefit Realization for the engagements managed
Deliver projects to plan, within budget, managing risk and change consistent with the project management framework
What will make you successful Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Sciences or Engineering, Information Systems, business administration or related field
5- years of experience in a combination of Project Management, information and IS/ jobs - there of >3 years in managing large projects.
Expertise in working with multiple diverse technologies, managing diverseprojects and good understanding of project management framework.
Certification in Project Management (eg.PMP, Prince2) and Agile experience are beneficial
Excellent English communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote)
Demonstrated personal commitment to change through actions and words
Developed organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time
Strong analytical, conceptual and financial analysis skills, and familiarity with financial reporting tools
Highly empathetic and able to vary styles of interaction to match the needs of a variety of business and technical audiences, as well as temperaments and personalities
