Our target salary for this role ranges from 45,000 - 55,000 EUR per year plus additional bonus and benefits. Your responsibilities In this role, your main accountabilities will be:

Be a key member of ABB global Product Management team, supporting the team to develop and optimize the global portfolio and its return on investmentStudy with focus the market and help reach a full understanding of market requirements in the area of DC fast charging. You are able to transform these requirements into differentiating value propositions to customers as an input for producing a product roadmapPerform various offering life cycle activities supporting development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability including the creation of the business case for development projectsSupport and guide projects and work-packages with the development teams, project leaders, and external partners in terms of specifications, priorities, timelines, and planningSupport the preparation of market communication materials, and support new offering launchesKeep Sales and channels informed on topics related to the offering, such as new offering availability, market, competition, quality, configuration, trends, and limitationsProvide sales support, participate in customer meetings, and attend trade showsYour background You have a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent skill levelYou have experience in product management and understand the development lifecycle of products (specification, architecture & design, implementation, testing, market release, maintenance & support, etc.)You have a good commercial feeling and understand business-to-business sales for industrial electrical equipment. Experience with business intelligence tools (i.e. MS PowerBI, Excel) is considered a plusYou have the ability to translate commercial products into technical specifications and you are able to judge and challenge technical proposals (in relation to business goals and commercial offerings)You are able to challenge external suppliers and developers on proposals and offeringsAffinity or proven experience with large electric products is beneficial; understanding of digital and IoT product offering and services is a plusProven experience in the electric vehicle (charging) market is highly beneficialWhat's in it for you?
