As a Global Product Marketing Launch Specialist, you work as part of the Global Product Marketing team, responsible for driving the global marketing communication strategy and implementation for specific launches, according to our defined product marketing launch process. As part of the product launch team, you will ensure the development of impactful value-based product marketing content and communication channel mix. You work closely with the commercial team, product management and our insights department to understand the launch KPI's, product benefits and customer insights.
The Global Product Marketing Launch Specialist will have excellent stakeholder management skills and will work closely with global and local product managers, insights team, regional field marketing, digital marketing and creative team
Main responsibilities include: Develop effective global marketing communication strategies and plans for new product launches in direct and distribution channels–considering and including the specific regional needs/strategiesPartner with regional marketing teams to develop launch plans, KPI's and manage global and regional launchesCollaborate with in-house and external creative partners to create product contentTranslate technical details into benefits and build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling pointCraft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns) in collaboration with the insights team, regional marketing teams, external communications partners and internal copywriting resourcesSupport the communication of the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling processTrack and evaluate launch sucess while partnering with regional marketing and product management teams.
