As Global Product Manager, your mission will be to manage the complete life cycle and customer experience of the Quality Integrated Ecosystem, with a particular focus on its software architecture. The QIE is a unique integration of production and quality processes, designed to minimize the risk of errors and failures, accelerate root cause analysis, and ultimately reduce the overall cost of maintaining quality. This position is key for Quality Assurance & Manual Tightening's success as it enables us to continue our sustainable profitable growth and become a valued partner for our customers. Success will be primarily measured in revenues and profitability, as well as Customer Centers satisfaction. You will be part of the Product Company BLM/Milan product marketing team and report directly to the Global Marketing Manager. Your main responsibility will be to Drive, manage and coordinate the QIE software product portfolio to secure sustainable profitable growth. Identify market needs and trends and develop business plans in collaboration with the Customer Centers. Develop and distribute marketing materials on products, application references, and competitors, with a strong focus on promoting content through digital channels. Establish a network of direct and indirect promoters to support the development of the QIE. Develop and perform trainings, seminars, and workshops for knowledge and competence development. Plan and execute successful product launches. Cross-functional responsibility between the different departments. Close collaboration with R&D team for software product development, Tech team for product support, and Quality team. Cooperate with all Customer Centers globally. Cooperate with other Marketing teams in ITBA. This position requires extensive traveling. Experience requirements 3 years of relevant work experience in product marketing, product development, and/or business development. Experience in developing value-based propositions for marketing launch materials and executing product launches. Experience in digital marketing, including the creation and coordination of digital campaign content and activities. Experience in building strong relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint. Software knowledge is a plus, including cybersecurity technologies and processes, high-level network communication, communication protocols such as OPC-UA, virtual environments, SaaS, and license management. Good knowledge of tightening assembly market, Quality Assurance or Manual Tightening experience in automotive is considered a plus.
