Global Product Management and Development ExpertAllianzMilan, ItalyPosted 4 days agoPermanentCompetitiveKey responsibilities/What you doIn an international context (36 Business Units), within the RSA Assistance Line of Business (LoB) and the Global Product Center you will be responsible for:Worldwide product harmonization according to the Line of Business and Company StrategiesCreating, deploying and enhancing Global productsDesigning and deploying relevant processes to be followed by all markets and Global Office teams for product harmonization and simplificationAnalysing new business opportunities and deviations submitted, making recommendations and taking decisions fitting with the LoB strategyDeveloping all necessary databases and reports to track and store product activities, markets portfolios, deviationsWorking closely with Marketing and Underwriting teams for new risk, innovative products or servicesDefining/Updating with Marketing teams the Global Product roadmapPreparing all materials and presentations for trainings, product website and steering committeesSteering IT developments for technical automation and interfaces from product opportunities to product implementationDeveloping an accurate worldwide product portfolio inventory with automated updates and analysisUpdating Allianz annual Guidelines referring to productKey requirements/What you bringFluency in English is mandatoryExperience in Assistance and/or in Insurance Automotive BusinessExperience in Project Management and Product, Sales, Marketing or OperationsWork autonomously with rigour, organization and time management skillsInternational experience, used to work in a global settingStrong Microsoft Office skillsKey benefits/What we offerOur employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
