About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Product Inspection product line in the EMEA region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability through strategic planning, customer relationship building, and sales execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the activities of the Sales Team for Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.Meet or exceed regional order-booking and revenue targets.Develop and implement an annual regional business plan to enhance team performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business performance.Resolve complex customer accounts using regional resources.Requirements3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a science background.Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.Proven ability to operate independently with initiative and sound business judgment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Languages: Italian and English, with proficiency in business communication.
