We believe that it's only through strong investment in talent engagement, continuous professional development, support, and recognition that our people can exceed every limit and build a fulfilling career.What we are looking forAs the Data & Analytics Specialist for the Global Procurement and Supply Chain Transformation function, your area of responsibility will encompass the following activities: Identify current needs of the PSC functions in terms of basic and advanced data analytics Develop, with the support of IT, an integrated plan with the aim of implementing the required analytics for the usage purposes in an suitable platform which foresees high usability standards Identify and adopt advanced analytics methods and approaches to extract insights and potential new area of value creation from business data Performs analysis and builds data-driven models to allow sound and effective business decision making (i.e.
business cases, business models, ...) Creates hypotheses and experiments to identify non-explicit relationships among business phenomenon allowing the design of new tactics and strategies Allow the different functions a constant and continuous access to data and reporting in order to be able to deliver their value constantly and with no disruptions Preparation of presentations and communication tools supported by data-driven recommendations Further develop data-driven culture within the function and outside the function by creating and adopting a common language, common tools and best practices around data handling and data usage You will directly report to the Head of Transformation, being in charge of driving the functional data agenda at a global level.What you'll need Degree in quantitative fields like Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Computing and Engineering 2-5 years of expertise in management of complex structures of data Fluency in English Have a strong passion to data analysis combined with same attention to business impacts Possess strong analytical skills, mathematic abilities and business acumen Possess critical thinking, a clear and open communication, relational and team building skills Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to share information.
