What we are looking for As the Data & Analytics Specialist for the Global Procurement and Supply Chain Transformation function, your area of responsibility will encompass the following activities: Identify current needs of the P&SC functions in terms of basic and advanced data analyticsDevelop, with the support of IT, an integrated plan with the aim of implementing the required analytics for the usage purposes in an suitable platform which foresees high usability standardsIdentify and adopt advanced analytics methods and approaches to extract insights and potential new area of value creation from business dataPerforms analysis and builds data-driven models to allow sound and effective business decision making (i.e. business cases, business models, …)Creates hypotheses and experiments to identify non-explicit relationships among business phenomenon allowing the design of new tactics and strategiesAllow the different functions a constant and continuous access to data and reporting in order to be able to deliver their value constantly and with no disruptionsPreparation of presentations and communication tools supported by data-driven recommendationsFurther develop data-driven culture within the function and outside the function by creating and adopting a common language, common tools and best practices around data handling and data usageYou will directly report to the Head of Transformation, being in charge of driving the functional data agenda at a global level.
