Panoramica: The Global Process Owner will join our Global Process Excellence team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing key Supply Chain processes. This role primarily focuses on Transportation and Warehouse processes and will be a key enabler in executing the Supply Chain Roadmap. The Global Process Owner will ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals and support its transformation journey. Ensure the achievement of committed objectives, anticipate future trends and assess opportunities – in terms of new business, volume changes, impacts and risks to be addressed. Qualifiche: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, Industrial or Economical Engineering. 8-10 years' experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service, with Project Management experience, preferable in a complex global manufacturing environment. Strong Project Management Skillsets. Effective Presentation & Storytelling abilities. Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Process Improvement experience, preferable Sig Sigma and Lean certified. Ability to be self-directed, detail-oriented, adapt to changing work efforts and manage shifting priorities.
