Synergie Italia, Agenzia per il Lavoro SpA, filiale di LECCO, cerca per prestigiosa azienda cliente: UN/A STAGISTA - GLOBAL PRODUCT MANAGER INTERN FUNCTIONAL SKILLS Recap of the tasks assigned, referring to goals and aims that the role must achieve: Active support to the Global Senior Product Managers team in developing new products (from make-up and skincare to bath and body) and leading their operational development. Collaborations with other internal teams and offices to implement new launches and product positioning SPECIFIC-OPERATIVE ACTIVITIES - Describe the carried-out activities, according to: Customary tasks: Monitor the beauty market, competitors, and trends to find new business opportunities Define and manage day-to-day execution of 360 Product development, including: Launch strategy Costs and P&L estimation and monitoring Relation with external suppliers (formulas, texture, packaging, and all product features) Relation with internal stakeholders (design, graphic, merchandising, and communication dept.) Train the sales team and external stakeholders with specific PPT docs Guarantee timely, high-quality delivery of all Marketing assets and deliverables across multiple distribution channels Develop and maintain critical documents, including project status, calendars, briefs, contracts, etc. SKILLS · Profile & attitudes: ·Great eye for detail and the ability to work proactively and multi-task under tight timeframes, ·Excellent analytical and computer skills (Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel and PowerPoint), ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, · Fluent in English, written and spoken. · Education: Bachelor's degree in STEM field, Economics, or Marketing (master's is a plus) Si offre: stage retribuito di 6 mesi €800 + mensa interna Orario di lavoro: 9.00-13.30/14 e dalle 14.15-18.15; venerdì 9-13 (totale 38 ore settimanali) Luogo di lavoro: Casatenovo (Lc) L'offerta è rivolta a candidat? nel rispetto del Dlgs 198/2006 e dei Dlgs 215/2003 e 216/2003.
