Global Planning & Fulfillment Manager

We are looking for the Global Planning & Fulfillment Manager, who will be responsible for flawless execution of Customer orders from Order Entry to Last mile Delivery. Reporting directly to the COO, you will master E2E global value chain with the ambition to fulfill demand with the best quality, at industry Lead Time and at competitive cost. Our target salary for this role ranges from 100'000 - 120'000 EUR per year plus additional bonus and benefits. Your responsibilities

In This Role Your Main Accountabilities Will Be

Strategy - Own overall value chain strategy both for chargers and spare parts. Define where to produce what and drive consistent execution to reach Company targets on NWC, LT, OTD and transport/warehousing costs. Continuously balance make or buy options to secure Customer satisfaction and product cost targets.Planning - Define the optimal e-mobility operating model (CTO) to assure customer delivery satisfaction and proper use of resources (material and workforces). Responsible for 18-months Supply plan for all the production sites, ABB and CMS, factoring in all the inputs in terms of customer demand, Sales policy, production load and inventory. Responsible to confirm and plan all customer orders for products and spare parts and keep the long term plan updated for all production locations.Customer Support - Responsible for global order handling. Work as an interface between Sales/Project Management and Operation, being the focal point for Sales/Project Manager on communications around deliveries, escalation, updates. Align with Key Account strategies and coordinate with planning and manufacturing providing priorities and managing escalation on short term production plans.Spare Parts & RMA - Oversee E2E spare parts cycle from the release of spare part/kits alongside with the product to the delivery on site to support field service execution. Provide technical support for Service cases in spare parts selection. Maintain spare parts list. Is responsible for Spare Parts logistics making materials available globally for field repairs (both service cases and campaigns) within the agreed last-mile delivery targets. Responsible also for reverse logistics and material return processes.Global Logistic - Define overall logistic set-up and footprint both for Spare Parts and Chargers. Assure proper Chargers, Spare parts and Solution deliveries to customer while minimize the overall cost. Assure the OTD (day and time) and the Quality of the shipments. Define and manage 3rd party logistic contracts.Global Trade Compliance Officer & BATM - Responsible for trade compliance. Oversees 3 Global Teams for Europe / Asia / America Zone that manage Trade Compliance assisted by a 3rd party consultancy.CMS Coordination - Assure a proper use of CMS capability and capacity. Develop operational relationship with EMS with particular focus on new line implementation and overall operating process interactions. Manage the transfer of new products and production lines from ABB to CMS. Define, implement and lead operational rhythm to guarantee the requested production output and respect of KPIs target on OTD, LT and Quality. Identify process improvement for CMS and lead execution.Measures / KPIs - OTD, LT, Inventory and Warehousing/Transportation costs and quality.Your background

You are an experienced professional with a minimum of 10-15 years of expertise in Value Chain management, particularly in the areas of Planning, Order Management, and Logistics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in optimizing these key functions to drive operational efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction.You are highly qualified, with proven experience as a manager: you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our organization, leading cross-functional teams of employees, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of successfully managing teams to achieve organizational goals are the key skills we are looking for.Proven experience in Procurement and Manufacturing are considered a plus.The ideal candidate will have experience working in diverse cultural settings and possess strong cross-cultural communication skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with international partners, participating in global projects, and adapting strategies to meet the needs of various international markets. The candidate must also be able to navigate through different time zones and travel internationally when required. A background in international business and global economics is preferred.A strong background in the industry and certification in Lean and/or 6 Sigma will be considered a strong plus.You are familiar with key IT tools: ERP (SAP), TMS (eyefreight or similar), WMS, Planning (Sedapta or similar).Fluency in English is mandatory and good knowledge in Italian is preferred.Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving complete the profile.What's in it for you?
