Description and RequirementsWe are looking for a Channel Software Specialist to develop a Lenovo channel partner at the global level to become more strategic and allow Lenovo to be intrinsic to their go-to-market plans; enablement, drive pipeline generating sales activities with partners and generally "owning" the indirect channel plan in the geography's sales team.
This position can be based in any Lenovo location in Europe. Responsibilities:Identify and develop strategic channel partners committed to selling software and solutions on behalf of Lenovo.Empower Lenovo partners to resell software bundled with hardware, increasing penetration rates.Create joint "go-to-market" strategies with focus partners.Run lead generation activities to boost the pipeline and generate net new opportunities in the region.Assist geographies in business development by creating pipelines and leads through partners.Align with the channel organization regarding strategy, programs, and sales campaigns.Conduct regular reviews with geographies, collaborating with sales and software teams.Qualifications:Experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles.Autonomous, disciplined, hands-on, with a "get-it-done" mentality.Ability to capture partner and customer requirements, evaluate gaps, and create opportunities.Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with measurable goals.Familiarity with software alliances.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of Lenovo partners engaged with software through alliances.Number of enablement sessions (sales and presales).Revenue generated by selected partners.Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with geographies.What we can offer:Employee Assistance Program, e.g., for health, legal & financial consultancyPension PlanMeal Allowance / Lunch VouchersInternal E-learning Development Platform Available for EmployeesSpecialized Development Training (based on the nomination process)Opportunity to Join/Create Employees Groups (inclusivity, well-being, sports, volunteering, charity, etc.)At Lenovo, we are proud to be an equal-opportunity company.
