Your responsibilitiesDefine the Manufacturing Process Definition & ImprovementFocus on manufacturing and operational improvement and cost savings to improve the organization's profitability and efficiencyDrive digital & automation transformation in field manufacturing and operationsManage global investment allocation for Power Transformers, in line with Global Product Group strategy, and support regions and units with the project executionSupport new product introduction, incl. piloting.Drive innovation in production, including automation and digitalizationFocus on longer term strategic actions to improve safety, operating efficiency, and productivity in the entire value chain, to improve customer satisfaction and reduce operating costs in a safe working environmentYour backgroundBachelor's degree (electrical / mechanical) with 10+ years of operational experience in Manufacturing industryExcellent communication and relationship-building capabilities, as well as solid business acumenStrong proven leadership experienceWillingness to travel on business requirementsJob type: Full time
